Electric Wire Rope Hoists

Wire rope electric hoist is composed of traveling mechanism, lifting mechanism and electrical appliance. The cargo lifting is realized through motor drive the reducer, then drive the drum, motor integrated braking function, to avoid wire rope winding. Each hoist is equipped with overload limiter and lifting limit switch. The electric hoist will not be allowed to leave the factory until it has passed the 100% test. Usually it's matched with single girder overhead/gantry crane, I-beam/H steel.

Wire rope electric hoist has the feature of light weight, small volume, compact structure, variety specifications, smooth operation, simple operation, and so on. They can be used on same plane straight, curved, and aerial overhead track in the same plane, also can be used on cranes with I-beams such as electric single girder crane, manual single beam crane, overhead crane, suspension crane, jib crane, gantry crane, etc. It's widely used in factories, warehouses, docks, power plants, logging sites and other occasions, which is the ideal material lifting equipment. Wire rope electric hoist has two lifting speeds: normal and slow speed. The slow speed can meet the requirements of precision operations, like sand box closing, machine tool overhaul and other fine work.

• Explosion grade of explosion proof electric hoist is ExdIIBT4/ ExdIICT4. wire rope is galvanized steel type. ExdIICT4 grade wheel is stainless steel type.
