Welcome for your visit. Before placing order, during the production process, or before delivery, whenever is ok, at your convenient. We can help you with visas, travel schedule, hotel booking etc.. When you arrived at airport, our driver will pick you up there on time, after finished visiting factory, we will see you off to the airport. Our sales staff will always accompany during your visit to our factory.

From receipt of advance payment to delivery to port, it takes about 15-20 days. However, the delivery time also depends on the voltage, configuration etc. Upon receipt the order, we will arrange the production drawing and plan at first time. We will report you product progress, photos regularly to ensure delivery on time. When the products passed the test, we will contact the shipping company to book containers.

We have rich experience on crane export, we will choose the best delivery method according to the cargo size and dimension, such as containers, bulk cargo, LCL and land transportation etc. We have Qingdao port, Shanghai port, Horgos port ect for option.

The electrical part of the goods will be packaged and reinforced with non-fumigated wooden boxes before delivery. Steel structure covered with waterproof cloth.

We have rich export experience. These are the methods of delivery that we often use, like EXW、FOB、CIF、DDU etc. You can choose your own freight forwarder, or handed over to us.

We have detailed installation instructions with photos. Our products are bolted connection and do not require special equipment during installation, which is easy for most customers. If you have any problems during installation, we can also send installation engineer to your site to guide installation.

One year warranty. Free repair and replacement of damage caused by quality problems during the warranty period.

If non-product quality problems, we provide free technical support, and only charge cost price for spare part replacement.

Life-long technical service. Spare parts are charged at cost only.
